Upload any pending documents and contracts.
Renter's Insurance
If you don’t already have coverage, click here to enroll in an ePremium renters policy.
If you already have coverage, click here to upload your policy to the system.
NOTE – this must be done prior to your move-in date or you will be charged $25
Utilities
Set up electricity with FPL - Florida Power & Light Electric Service.
Visit www.fpl.com/account/movein or call (305) 442-8770.Arrange internet and cable services with AT&T, our official provider.
Visit www.att-bundles.com/internet or call (877) 910-0501.
Payments
Prepare your move-in payment in a money order or cashier’s check only, made out to Village at Coral Reef, LLC.
Please bring your deposit in a separate cashier’s check or money order.

Register for On-Call Parking at https://register.parkingpass.com/en-us/register with the Registration Keyword REEF
ON MOVE-IN
Step 1 - Parking
Park in the future resident lot located in front of the leasing office.
You will receive your official parking access at the leasing office.
Step 2 - Stop by the Leasing Office
One of our agents will provide the following:

Amenities Access
Mail Key
Parking Access
Step 3 - Dispose Move-In Boxes
Fold-flat all move-in boxes and dispose of them in the dumpsters located throughout the property.
For garbage larger than a trash bag, please call (786) 417-2281 for bulk waste pickup.
